1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding document between you ("User" or "Member") and atm8 ("Platform", "We", or "atm8"). By accessing or using any part of the atm8 platform — whether via the website, mobile app, or any provided channel — you automatically agree to comply with these terms.

2 User Eligibility

To be eligible to use the atm8 platform, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Never been restricted or banned from using the atm8 platform before.

3 Registration & Account Management

Each user is only permitted to register and hold one (1) account only on the atm8 platform. Registering more than one account — whether using the same or different information — is strictly prohibited and considered fraudulent.

During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information. Required details include your full name, date of birth, phone number, email address, and bank details. atm8 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time as part of our KYC process.

• Your account password is your sole responsibility — do not share it with anyone.
• ATM8 will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat.
• Any activity that occurs within your account is deemed to have been carried out by you.
• If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorization, contact our support team immediately.

4 Deposit & Fund Withdrawal

• All bonuses are subject to the specified wagering requirements.

6 Betting Rules

All bets placed on the atm8 platform are final once confirmed by the system. atm8 uses Random Number Generator (RNG) technology independently audited to ensure fairness in every casino game.

• Sports bets depend on the actual match results as verified by the relevant sporting authority.
• ATM8 reserves the right to void any wager in the event of a technical error, incorrect odds data, or system disruption.
• Bets placed after a match or event has started may be voided at atm8's discretion.
• Any attempt to manipulate the system or exploit odds errors will result in account suspension.
• Minimum and maximum betting limits vary by game type and market category.

ATM8 reserves the right to limit or refuse any wager without providing a reason, particularly where signs of unusual or suspicious activity are present.

7 Prohibited User Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following activities while using the ATM8 platform:

• Use of automated software (bots), scripts, or third-party tools to access or interact with the platform.
• Attempts to hack, disrupt, or compromise the security of the platform or other users' accounts.
• Identity fraud or use of false information during registration or the KYC process.
• Money laundering or use of funds derived from illegal activities.
• Collusion or alliances between players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Using multiple accounts or another person's account to gain an unfair advantage.
• Distributing offensive, threatening, or harassing content to other users via the atm8 platform.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

ATM8 reserves the right to suspend or close a user account at any time in the event of a breach of these terms, suspicious activity, or upon request by a law enforcement agency. In cases of closure not caused by user fault, any remaining balance will be returned after a review is completed.

Users may also choose to close their own account at any time by contacting the atm8 support team. Before closure is processed, all active bets and pending transactions will be settled first.

• Self-requested account closure will be processed within 3–5 business days.
• Any eligible account balance will be returned to the registered bank account once the review is complete.
• Closed accounts cannot be re-registered using the same details.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

Atm8's maximum total liability to you under any circumstances is limited to the amount of your most recent deposit made within the 30 days preceding the claim.
